[postfix-jp: 10] Connection timed out (port 25)について

お世話になります。松本と申します。

現在私は、自社サーバーの運用を任されており
Debianwood上でaptでインストールしたpostfixを利用して
メールサーバーを運用しておりました。

ところが最近になって、
ところどころ、メールが送信できないエラーが発生するようになりました。

エラーのメッセージは以下のとおりです
エラーメッセージ上のドメイン・アドレスは伏字です。

Mar  8 13:07:29 mail postfix/smtp[21154]: connect to mail.xxx.xx.jp[***.***.***.***]:
Connection timed out (port 25)
Mar  8 13:10:38 mail postfix/smtp[21154]: 253BE91B28: to=<user@xxxxxxxxx>,
relay=none, delay=15359, status=deferred (connect to
mail.xxx.xx.jp[***.***.***.***]: Connection timed out)


いろいろ調べていたのですが、
ネームはきちんと解決できており、どこから引いても同じIPアドレスを返してき
ます。

また自分が個人で利用しているプロバイダーのSMTPからは普通にメールの送信が
行えました。

いったいどんな原因が考えられるか、どなたかご教授いただけないでしょうか？
